Traditional Craft Beers Meet State-Of-The-Art Technology
LeVeL33’s two copper brewing kettles take centre stage inside the restaurant. Resident Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia’s beers pay homage to traditional recipes with contemporary expressions that will intrigue craft-beer enthusiasts.
Our staple lineup comprises – The 33.1 Blond Lager, 33.15 India Pale Ale, 33.3 Stout, 33.4 House Porter and 33.9 Wheat Beer.
The numeration of all of our beers has a story. 33 refers to LeVeL33 and the numbers beside it indicates which batch the beer is brewed. For example, the first beer we brewed at LeVeL33 is 33.1 Blond Lager followed by 33.3 Stout, 33.4 House Porter, etc.
Brewmaster Gabriel also brews a range of exclusive one-off seasonal beers that flow until the tap runs dry.
All our beers are brewed onsite with state-of-the-art technology by SALM & Co Gmbh, one of Europe’s oldest manufacturers.
Our unfiltered and unpasteurised beers are now available in bottles and cans for takeaways.
33.1 Blond Lager
In 1841, Viennese Brewmaster Anton Dreher presented his new brewing style using bottom
fermenting yeast and became a pioneer of all Lager beers.
33.4 House Porter
Inspired by British beer history when Stout originated as a strong Porter called 'Stout Porter', this house pour is developed by mixing India Pale Ale and Stout to for its hoppy aroma, malty and chocolate flavours.
33.9 Wheat Beer
Also known as Weissbier, this golden wheat beer has been brewed in Bavaria since the 16th century. Using malted wheat and special strains of top fermenting yeast, this rich brew shows hints of banana.
Stout, originally meaning 'brave', has been brewed in the UK and Ireland since 1703. Our stout can be cataloged as a “dry stout” which has less alcoholic content than others.
It is brewed based on the traditional recipe of the Irish dry Stout.
33.15 India Pale Ale
Brewed since the late 1700s, IPA contains a substantial amount of hops that acted as a natural preservative of the beer quality during the long journey to the English troops in India.
LeVeL33 Brut Beer
Combining traditional beer brewing and age-old art of champagne making, LeVeL33 Brut Beer is brewed with 100% barley malt and the same yeast as Barons de Rothschild, resulting in a dry finish bubbly with a distinct wine connotations.
