LeVeL33 offers guests a unique dining experience and ambience. The ContemBrewery cuisine developed by Executive Chef ArChan has integrated the beer brewing elements into the food, creatively using the different beers and beer ingredients, and taking inspiration from the beer brewing processes itself:

Hops - has floral & citrusy flavour; Yeast - roasted to enrich the aroma; Malt - provides texture to the dish; and, Spent Grains (which is only available in a brewery, after the lautering process) - provides for both flavour and texture to the dishes.
